Conditions of Sale
We will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 30 days of Delivery for Online orders. If you are picking up all items must be inspected at Pick up. any damages on delivery must be reported on the same day and noted on the bill of lading.

 

Once an order is placed with Best buy furniture, our process is to submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed Best buy furniture, and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. if you change your mind and like to cancel or change the order please do so as soon as possible, and within 48 hours we can change or cancel your order for a full refund.
Any cancellation or an order change after 48 hours from the order been placed is subject to 30% restocking fee. An average order takes 5-15 business days and in most orders we are much faster. The store will contact you when the order is ready to deliver so we can set up a delivery date or pickup.

 

If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered by the promised delivery date we must offer you the choice of 1) cancelling your order with a prompt full refund of any payments you have made or 2) accepting delivery at a specific later date.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer responsibility to make sure that size of the ordered furniture are to his needs Best buy furniture will not be held responsible for any order that does not fit through any doors or staircases. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for any returned merchandise. Although we try to show the best images for our products, sometimes colors are slightly different than shown. Best buy furniture will not be responsible for any color or shade difference than shown online. The customer is more than welcome to visit our showroom for viewing of the furniture before ordering. We are doing our best to prevent any pricing error or other mistakes but we have the right to void and/or cancel any sale or agreement at any time due to an error. A full refund will be issued.

Delivery
The delivery area has to be clear and free of any clutter. Our drivers are not allowed to move or dispose any of your old furniture. On the day of delivery you must have someone available all day. We will try to give a 4-6 hour window as a courtesy only, it is not a guaranteed time and we are not responsible for any delays. Our drivers will place all trash in the area of your choice but they can’t take any trash back. Your delivery fee will cover up to 2nd floor. If you need delivery to a higher floor with no elevator available an extra charge will apply.

 

If you are picking up, you must inspect all pieces before leaving our warehouse, we are not responsible for any damages after pick up.
