Because we understand the need of our customers for their furniture, we started delivering few days ago while our stores are still closed. We had a problem with one of our drivers on 5-13-20 showing a little elevated temperature, so we had to stop all deliveries to protect our customers and our employees until we can make sure that it is not Covid-19, which it is most likely not.
We are terribly sorry for this situation; it has been extremely hard for all of us.
We are still working on all online orders, and there are extreme delays from our suppliers due to the situation, so we ask you politely to be patient please.
We apologize that we cannot answer the phones at our stores due to the closing. We will keep you updated on our website and social media.
We have contacted the state office and the governor trying to find a solution and open with all the safety measures needed. We were warned that we are facing heavy fines and penalties if we do so.
We are expecting to be fully open around 6-4-20 - that will include opening all locations and deliveries.
We will contact each customer once their items are ready to be delivered or picked up.
We cannot process any refunds for any store purchases because most orders are ready to be delivered and the refund must be done by each store individually.
Any online customers that would like to cancel their order, please email info to: [email protected]. We will give you a full refund.
We are heavily recommending waiting because most furniture companies are facing the same issues. Once we are open, your order will already be processed and have high priority over new orders.
Also, we will set up everything on delivery. Other companies are doing curbside delivery only. This kind of delivery causes many damages that will be customer responsibility, and we do not want that to happen to our customers.
We are fully committed to provide the best service and prices to our customers, and again, we are terribly sorry for the situation but promise that once we are open on 6-4-20, we will be at full speed and deliver as fast as we can.
