We will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 7 days of pick up. There are absolutely no refunds available.
Our layaways are good for up to one. If the layaway is not paid within a year the total amount paid will be lost without a refund or a store credit. Cancellation of a layaway before it is expired is subject to a 25% fee of the total amount paid with the remaining as a store credit only.
Once the order is placed with Best buy furniture, our process is to submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed Best buy furniture, and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this reason, No cancellation is possible after the order has been placed.Cancellation of an order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee with store credit only. No refunds or credit will be available.
If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered by the promised delivery date we must offer you the choice of 1) cancelling your order with a prompt full refund of any payments you have made or 2) accepting delivery at a specific later date.
Although rare, unfortunately damages during the shipping and manufacturing processes occasionally occur. In order to address any issues promptly please take that time to inspect the merchandise you have ordered upon receipt. Any damage goods on delivery will be returned to our store by our delivery crew, and we will process an EXPRESS EXCHANGE. Although rare, in some cases there is a chance of delay by a manufacturer, we will do our best to exchange damages as fast as we can, but we still depend on manufactures, so Best buy furniture will not be held responsible for any delays caused by manufactures.
It is the customer responsibility to make sure that size of the ordered furniture are to his needs Best buy furniture will not be held responsible for any order that does not fit through any doors or staircases. Although we try to show the best images for our products, sometimes colors are slightly different than shown, Best buy furniture will not be responsible for anycolor or shade difference Than shown on line.The customer is more than welcome to visit our showroom for viewing of the furniture before ordering.
